Having Europe as my classroom, I visited many regional game studios. I was impressed by the innovative tech ecosystem and the sense of a close-knit community. The flat hierarchy greatly appeals to me: everyone is on equal ground and tackles problems together. I have decided to pursue graduate studies and a future career in such an environment ever since.
